Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Orders placed on weekends or U.S. holidays will be processed on the next business day.

You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been shipped.

We currently ship to all U.S. states and territories.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or holiday volume.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after the label is created.


Shipping Restrictions

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes for expedited or priority services.

  • We currently ship only within the United States. (If you want international shipping later, you can update this section.)


Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will be required to pay the reshipping fee.


Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

  • Once the package is handed to the carrier, it becomes the carrier’s responsibility.

  • If your order is delayed or marked as delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact the carrier directly.

  • If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos and your order number so we can assist you.


Order Changes or Cancellations

Orders can be changed or canceled within 2 hours of placing the order.
After this time, the order may already be processed or shipped.
