Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.
To be eligible, items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition and packaging.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.


How to Request a Return

  • The item(s) you want to return

We will provide instructions and the return address once your request is approved.


Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost, unless the item is defective or we sent the wrong product.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
    We are not responsible for returned packages lost in transit.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of the refund.

  • Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method.

  • Refunds may take 3–7 business days to appear depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping fees from the original order are non-refundable, except in cases where we made an error.


Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you want to swap an item, please return the original product and place a new order.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Photos of the issue

  • Your order number

We will replace the item at no cost to you.


Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Used or washed reusable towels

  • Items marked as Final Sale
